PROMOTIONAL PACKAGES INCLUSIONS

• Dedicated 24/7 emergency contact number is manned by trained professionals who will facilitate changes, handle all emergencies and are in daily communication with guests during their trip
• Duration for a Full Day Tour = 8 Hours

NOTES REGARDING OUR PROPOSAL 

• No services are currently held. All services are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking
• Rate are valid until December 2026
• Block out dates / Peak Season Rates apply
• General check-in time at overnight establishments is 14:00 whilst check-out time is 11h:0
• Hotel grading listed in this proposal is based on grading alloca tion by the South African Tourism authorities and do not reflect the same standards as Europe
• We reserve the right to amend/increase the cost should there be an increase in fares, taxes, fuel surcharges, security taxes or any other unforeseen increases
• International and Domestic Flights are not included
• Smoking is not permitted on board the touring vehicle
• Comfort stops are included on route
• Any changes in the final itinerary need to be done 48 hours prior to arrival and is subject to availability

PACKAGE PAYMENT TERMS

• 25% Deposit to be paid at the time of confirmation to confirm the booking
• 50% Deposit to be paid 41 days prior to arrival date
• 100% payment to be made 31 days prior to arrival date

PACKAGE CANCELLATION TERMS

• If cancelled within 40 to 31 days 50% of the tour price will be forfeited
• If cancelled within 30 days 100% of the tour price will be forfeited
• Unused portion of any Safari or Tour is non - refundable unless activity was cancelled due to weather. If cancelled due to weather the agent will receive a credit note they can use for their next booking and not a refund
